Static Ip setup

Hi All, 

Im looking to set up a static IP on my account and previously went through the process of enabling within the addon section of my account, but my account still registers as dynamic... any thoughts

@ShaunBarber AFAIK, the online setup of static IPs is broken - it requires manual setup, which entails a staff member picking up this topic and actioning it.

Have you paid the one-off £5.00 activation fee? Have you rebooted the Hub?

Ive rebooted a couple times since installing it. And I think I paid but I cant see it on my account - so i assume i havent.... Can someone with magic powers resolve this?

Hi @ShaunBarber I've now made some adjustments to your account to get the static IP to work. Please can you reboot your router again and there should be no more issues going forward.
