Static Ip won’t enable

I’ve tried but the static IP won’t enable, I’ve tried several times.

Welcome to the forums, @TH90 - have you paid the one-off £5 charge, and if you have, have you rebooted the Hub?

@TH90 the online automated static IP mechanism is broken for many accounts. A staff member will be along shortly to manually enable it.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi @TH90 

I've sorted that out for you now.

If you reboot your router you'll get it assigned 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
