Still in contract but charged more

I still have 2 months left on my contract but been charged £46.47 instead of my usual amount. Downloaded the bill and I'm no clearer as to why?

Have you checked the 'breakdown' on page 2? If you need an explantion, you will need to ring Plusnet.

Yes i have and it still doesn't make sense 😕 says I've been charged £30 for my broadband when I shouldn't have been so don't really understand. I've submitted a ticket so hopefully they can resolve this

Out of interest - how have you 'submitted a ticket'? As far as I am aware, there is no facility for customers to do that these days.
