Is it possible for the monthly emailed bill to be sent to two separate email addresses?

I don't know if that is something that Plusnet can do for you, but if not, can you set up a rule in your email software to automatically forward emails from Plusnet, (or even Plusnet billing if you know the source address), to your second email?

@talkingnews you don't get an emailed bill. You get an email, to the contact address on the account, advising that the bill is available to view by logging in to the account.
AFAIK you can only have one email address as the contact. Depending on your email service , you may be able to setup forwarding for those emails.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I used to get two emails for billing etc - one to postmaster@myaccount.plus.com and one to my contact email address. Somewhere Ali g the way I made my contact address the postmaster@ address, so now I get just one. Thus on an old account which has Plusnet email, the contact address being other than postmaster might result in doing what you ask.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Many thanks for prompt and useful replies. I have gone for the filter/forward option. Also, I will do the same for the other regular bill notifications I receive for the charity I am involved with. I'm handing over to a new treasurer and do not want to immediately lose oversight of what's going on.

Might it be prudent to create a role based email address for the treasurer? Such disciplines negate the challenges of changing role holders.
