Hi
Can I get a new hub 2? Only recently realised and I wasn’t sent a new one when my contract renewed

They are not automatically supplied when you renew your contact, you have to renew by ringing the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632, ask and pay the P&P charge.
If you very recently renewed you could try ringing and asking nicely for one.
