Support when you cannot use a phone?

My mother recently passed away. I am her executor and I need to sort out her Plusnet account.

I cannot use a phone so how can I talk to Plusnet? There doesn't seem to be any alternative to the contact phone number.

Quite shocked that there's no other option

@woodyinwilts I'm sorry for your loss, sending my condolences to you and your family.
