Switched provider but still being billed

Hi, I switched providers from PN to BT back on 27th Oct and was told that since BT were one of Plusnets partners then the switch could be handled accordingly and that no charges would be incurred. I have since been billed for Nov as well as for an additional amount. Could someone at PN please investigate this. Thanks
