Switching to fttp before contract ends without fees?

hello,

Is it possible to switch to full fibre from fibre extra before our contract ends? either with the equivalent package until the end of our contract or by starting a new contract without early termination fees?

our fttc is not quite the most reliable and often has jitter which is not good for gaming, hence wanting to switch now rather than just waiting 6 months.

Assuming fttp is actually available at your location, then you can switch, starting a new contract without any etc on the old one. You will lose your phone line and number though, as fttp does not use a landline.

Hey there @louie_the_cat I have checked and Full Fibre is available so we can get you signed up on a new contract with no termination fees. Let me know if you want me to get our guys to call you.
