Thanks to Plusnet for help with Account changes.

 I tried to reply to the Ticket today but was unable to.  I wanted to, and was eager to,  convey my thanks to Adeel who was extremely helpful when I telephoned Plusnet today about my Account/Broadband name change following receipt of an email from Plusnet about it.

Adeel was able to explain the change, checked a few things for me and I really appreciated his helpful approach - definitely a credit to Plusnet.  Thank you Adeel.
