The dreaded "Unable to change service" message on my account

I made a couple of tweaks to my phone account the other day and now I want to make a couple more. But I've got the dreaded "

Unable to change service

message. Can anyone help clear that up?

@georgego You will not be able to make any further changes until the initial one have completed, and the automated system should then remove that flag, however, it seems that for some reason, the system never gets the 'clear' notification. What changes did you initially make?

From memory, I changed the voicemail settings (to off I think). Was going to change something else after but got a message to wait a day for the first change to go through. That was 2-3 days ago.

Hi @georgego 

I've done some work on your account which will have cleared this message for you with the caveat of it cancelling the call features you were trying to add.

If you add them on tomorrow you should be good to go

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
