Think I am owed some money back

Hello, first time on the forum.
I moved home back in May 2023 and also moved my Plusnet with me.
After a discussion with a mate of mine, I didnt realise how much my broadband was.

Looking back through e-mails, I got given a contract for £33.99 a month for 24 months.
This is a breakdown of my payments since:

£48.56 - 30th June 2023
£54.39 - Basically 8 months worth - From
31st July 2023 to 3rd April 2024

Then, £58.69 from the 30th April 2024 till present.
I think Im owed some money tbh

Hi @thetrudon I'm so sorry that it sounds like we've not billed you correctly and for so long too.

Hi, I dont know if I have to post a new topic but, I just got a letter in the post for a £75 cheque promised on my account but, it was £282.40 that was owed not £75.
