Signed up to full fibre back in August 23 via Topcashback Compare broadband which had a sizeable block of cashback due to be paid. Didn't track, Claim put in, silence ever since. I note a few older posts that had similar problems but I've posted here as other topcashback compare claims for things like car and house insurance have gone through both before and after this one with no issues, so I'm currently thinking the problem is with Plusnet and it was just a ruse to get me to sign up for 24 months.

James. I have a similar problem/question. Would I be correct in assuming that the offer was for a virtual pre-paid credit card, and that the offer presumed that the customer had a 'smart phone' which would enable the offer to be successfully provisioned? If so, I can't remember any mention of having to have a smart phone.

In my case it was a straightforward (so I thought) case of cash credit through topcashback compare to my topcashback account.

I never got mine.
Had evidence of buying through topcashback but between them and Plusnet they never paid out.

Sent details to James way back when he asked, got no response.
Topcashback support eventually said it was declined due to "another marketing channel" which is utter nonsense.
Plusnet and Topcashback compare are operating a scam luring people in with generous cashback offers with no intention to ever pay.
Its now 12 months since I got full fibre 900 and 12 months to go.
