Unable to change call package online

When I try to access my call package details (unlimited calls) after logging in to my account, the page switches to new broadband offers. Very, very annoying. I don't want to call when I should be able to self serve from my phone in seconds.

Yeah, you should absolutely be able to do it online, I have figured out what's causing this.

The product change in progress banner on your account appears to be stuck.

I have sent for this to be resolved, once this has cleared you will be able to make the changes from your end again.

These requests are handled within 5 working days.
