Unable to change service

I was going to add the free antivirus ( norton ) to my package, but when i log in all i get is this:
Unable to change service
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
its been like this for months.

@pecky The 'unable to change service notice' is a regular pain for everyone - the PN system does not properly close down completed changes, and the only way to resolve it is to either ring in, or hope one of the Help Team spot this and take action.
You would currently be unable to add the Norton AV anyway, as there is a 'problem' somewhere between PN and Norton which is 'under investigation'.
