Unable to change service

Hi

I recently tried enabling Plusnet Call Protect on my account but received an email saying:

Hello xyz
Account username: xyz
We've completed the changes to your Call Features. We've removed the following:
• Voicemail

 

If I login to my Plusnet account now I see:

 

Unable to change service
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

 

This seems to not just impact me since I found the exact same issue reported by another member here:

There is no reported self fix though.
