Hi. Can anyone from the Plusnet team help me?
I currently have unlimited fibre extra and my landline with plusnet. My contract is coming to an end and want to look at new contract options but when I click on the ‘Offers and Upgrades’ section of the website, I get the following error:
Something’s gone wrong
Please wait until we’ve finished updating your phone service before making another change.
I also get the following error when i click on ‘Manage Account’
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
Perhaps you can resolve this for me.

@johnfella - Sorry about that you'll need to give a ring to our Customer Options Team on 0800 432 0200. They're open Monday - Friday: 8 - 8, Saturday: 9 - 7 and Sunday: 9 - 6. They're all clued up on that sort of stuff and will be happy to help.

Thanks for that but I’ve seen others on here with the same problem and had it fixed by your online team. On one occasion one of your staff ( adamwalker ) ‘raised a task to the billing team’ and it was fixed by the next day. I’d be great if you could action this for me.
