Unable to see Offers/Upgrades

Hello,
I've been trying to renew my contract but when I log in and go to the 'offers and upgrades' tab I see the below:
It is as though the grey box is covering the page, as I can still hover over the tabs at the top but they are blocked. It is only on this site, and I have tried deleting cookies but still have the same issue. I've tried on both mobile and desktop. Hopefully someone can help!

Might be a stupid question but are you sure there are upgrades available to you?
Apart from clearing your cookies have you tried re-starting your computer to clear the cache.

Yes, it's time to renew my contract but when I follow the links it takes me to the grey box. I restart the computer every day and the problem has persisted.
