Hi,
i have been told to upload a receipt to my account but can’t find where to do it! Can anyone help me?
it’s a bt receipt as I didn’t receive a router before they took over my broadband so they set me up with 5 days on bt and said if I upload the receipt they would credit my account

I'm really sorry for the confusion with where you should be uploading the receipt and to see your router didn't arrive in time.
I've created a ticket on your account you can view & respond to by going Here, where you should be able to attach a file showing the receipt. Once you've attached the file, I'll apply the credit.
