Hello.
I joined the forum just to try and ask someone from PN why I am now being charged more money on my very first payment of my brand new contract from just joining Plusnet?
I joined nearly a month ago with the 18 month contract signed off on as £23.99. And yet yesterday I received an email stating the payment is £28.03 ? Why is this please?
I would call and ask, but after two separate calls both lasting some 39 and 54 mins I gave up.
I would appreciate some response to this please as soon as someone can.
