You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

I need to renew/change my contract but I can't because I get the message "You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress." I tried the chatbot help but that was no good. Can you advise what needs to happen so that I can make changes to my account? I haven't ordered anything so the message is a bit worrying.

@bewetton Welcome to the forums. This is an unwelcome feature of the Plusnet accounts function. I'm afraid you will have to be patient and wait until a staff member comes along and manually corrects you account status, which, going by current observations,  could be the middle of next week.

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you. We've been quite busy recently so it's taking longer than we'd like to reply.

I've managed to get this removed for you now and you should no longer see the message.

Let me know if that isn't the case

I have a similar thing on my account (I apparently have a product change in progress). Would you be able to clear it for me too?
