i cant find any info on my username or password to login and pay bill - tried via phone but paymen kept failing

@bjedwards Welcome to the forum.
First log in to your hub by typing 192.168.1.254 into the address field of your web browser. Here you will find your username in the form username@plusdsl.net.
Armed with just the username part go to the Plusnet Member Centre log in page. Enter your username then select ‘I’ve forgotten my Password’.

Hey @bjedwards,
In addition to @Baldrick1's suggestion, the username should also be included on the welcome letter and email we sent out at the start of your contract, if you still have those hand anywhere

Sometimes it can tale a little while for the password reset to come through. Please make sure you're checking the spam folder in case your spam filter has caught the email in there. This email would be sent to the same address that we send all of our emails to you.
