changing to full fibre

So I am changing from Unlimited fibre to Plusnet Full Fibre and now I have received a bill for the 3 remaining months of my contract. I didn't think I would get a bill for upgrading a Plusnet service. Not impressed.

It was confirmed by staff here https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Order/Just-upgraded-to-the-Full-Fibre-900/m-p/1881932#M23498 that it is a bug in the automated system

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
