delay compensation

 

My full fiber was supposed to be activated in march buy there was a problem and my order was delayed for months,

 

I have had an email to say I am owed a credit of £244.86 for the following reason:

Automatic compensation - Delayed provision.

 

my problem is I cant seem to find this reflected on my account anywhere

 

can someone please  help my find it or get it approved.

 

I appreciate the help

@Snakel29  it should appear as a credit on your next bill, and a few more after that.

Hey @Snakel29 I can confirm the credit is on your account and this will show on your next months bill. This credit will pay for your bills going forward until it's used it.
