downgrade from fibre extra options.

Over a year ago a Full Fibre company (Swish) turned up outside in the cul-de-sac and caused access chaos for a week while the dug up one side.  They offered 6 months free 900/200 FULL Fibre with no activation costs or hardware costs with no contract or termination fees, so I signed up.

I was part way thru an existing contract with Plusnet Fibre Extra at the time and worrying about the possibility of being left having to pay for plusnet while having full-fibre as well.  As it turns out I needn't have worried at all.  While the Full Fibre gang came back several times to cause more chaos and complete the black strip around the whole close, there is still no sign of them going live here.

So now I'm on Plusnet Fibre Extra with off contract pricing.  I don't actually need 80/20 so wanted to know the options for downgrading.  On the website, the only option I get for renewal is 18 or 24 months, no options to downgrade the product at all.

What is the lowest fttc speed and cost?

Why can't I choose these options myself plusnet?
