emails saying I've left Plusnet

So I'm getting emails saying "we're sorry you've left Plusnet, would you like to return your router".

it also says "You can follow the progress of this Question online and add information if you need to." and there's a review button.

which I click on, and logon with my old username. and I can READ the message about sending the router back, but not add any comment to it.

Yes, my old username has been cancelled, by Plusnet, as someone at that end believed that upgrading to Full Fibre with Plusnet meant I was leaving for another firm. So I now have a new username. But I AM STILL with Plusnet. Just unable to convince the bots that this is the case. And refuse to rejoin Twitter/X/Muskrat in order to conatct support that way, nor hang on the phone for a while ...

Thank you for taking my call @JohnofYork it was a pleasure speaking with you.

 

As discussed, the emails are automated messages sent by the "robot" and unfortunately we cannot stop them, I have however updated the accounts with the information required by this situation and you won't need to do anything further in the future.
