erroneous change in progress notice on my account

I'm looking at my options now my bill has increased by 20 odd percent in the past year but I get the dreaded...

can someone help me - I don't want to spend time on the phone to sort this and then have to go through cancellations at the end of my contract

Happy with the general level of service, just can't afford a sliding billing scale depending on how knackered this country is at any given March.

@jasoncopsey Have you made any changes to your account recently that have not completed? If not, this is a slightly different message to normal, but needs staff input to correct.

OK -a Plusnet Help Team member will pick this up and resolve it for you. I suspect it was your last re-contract. When was that, out of  interest?

I can't remember exactly but given I'm out of contract at 30th April I would guess 18 or 24 months ago.

looks to be all fixed, I have no options when I look at upgrades or changes but at least I can progress past that error message.
