error when trying to renew contract

When I try to renew contract online I get

An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
Please help can't remember the last change I made as it was over a year ago and that was completed in a matter of days.

@chrisdyer140466  Welcome to the Community forums.

This happens occasionally and will need a Plusnet staffer to come along and clear it.

In the meantime if you are nearing the end of your contract then ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and they will sort it out. If you have received a renewal offer that you want to accept then tell them.
This telephone number is normally answered quite quickly.
