increased bill

Good morning,
Hoping some of you can help me out here please.
My bill is usually around £28 per month, however this month it has almost doubled to £46. I know £6.99 of it is P&P for a new router and my contract doesn't end until 18th of this month.

Regards,
Matthew.

Re: increased bill

@matthew2761 Have you looked at page 2 (I think it is), which breaks down the charges?

Re: increased bill

Fix

@matthew2761  John is correct , it's page 2.

The increase is likely due to reverting to the 'out of contract' price. Since you pay in advance and your contract expires shortly, your bill will include part of the month at the increased price. As @jab1 suggests , look at the breakdown on page 2 and compare with a previous months breakdown, particularly the discounts being applied
