By the topics i've just read before opening this one i don't think this needs many word's judging by others having the same issue so to keep it short and sweet i'll break it down like this - BILL PAYMENT FAILED + CASH PUT INTO ACCOUNT TO PAY BILL + TRYING TO PAY BILL WITH DEBIT CARD = AN INFURIATING CONSTANT GREETING OF (see below)

I'm sorry to see you're having issues paying your bill online.
Can you try logging into your account from Here and paying that way?
If you're still having problems, I'm afraid the only other way would be to call us on 0800 432 0200.
