pending payment - phones and some pc cant connect to wifi

Hi,
Currently on Plusnet Unlimited (No Contract), it's been exactly 5 months since my service started, for some reason my current payment is still pending, as a result I've have no phone or broadband service for nearly a week. I raised a ticket but I've had no reply. I've also updated my payment method, but the payment is still shown as pending. I assume my service had been suspended due to non payment ?.
I have received no letter, email or any correspondence from Plusnet informing me to update payment details or risk looking my service.
Anyone know whats going on please?

 

they definitely 100% restricted my Wi-Fi services because this happened to other people too when they had pending payment notification

A warm welcome to the forums.

You state that SOME devices cannot connect to the WiFi.  Exactly what do you mean?

  1. Some devices CAN connect to the internet, thereby suggesting that your service is indeed still operational.
  2. Do you really mean that devices cannot connect to the WiFi network ... or do you mean that cannot get a connection (through the router) to the internet?
    1. Not being able to connect to WiFi is a problem local to you / your router
    2. Not being able to connect to the internet (having connected to WiFi) is an entirely different matter

Is there anything of note on your account ticket history - log into the member centre and then click the PN Tickets link below.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I'm really sorry for how long it's taken to get back to you. We've been quite busy recently so it's taking longer than we'd like to reply.

There have been no restrictions added to your account that I can see and as @Townman advised above if your services were restricted all devices would be affected rather than just some.

Are you getting any specific error when you try to connect using these?

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
