@Anonymous  Don't know what you or your computer is doing but those web pages are working perfectly normally for me.

Yeah I know.

I'm pretty sure it's related to the way Plusnet's webpages are generated, as it dynamically alters what is displayed by cross referencing the browsers IP address with the account holders packages.  So for example a non-customer will see something completely different from an existing customer,  and in the latest anomaly it seems to think I've got a business account.

 

I can't imagine there is anything unusual with my computer,  I've got a fully up to date Firefox - with no ad-blockers or custom-DNS, I don't even run cached http these days,  just running on a clean install of Ubuntu.  The only thing that is untypical is my legacy Plusnet account with a static /30 IPv4 IP block, which means the routing across the Plusnet servers is different from the majority of customers.

 

The error wording on my first two screenshots in this thread tend to suggest  a problem at Plusnet's end rather than with my browser

@Anonymous -Hi, we're a bit puzzled here on that, cold you try accessing it on another device or at least clear the cookies and cache and try to login again.

Hi there, I am having this same issue on my account that there’s an order in progress but i recontracted 13 months ago. Please can you correct this on our account? Thanks
