"Unable to change service"

Hello everyone,

I've now got the common "You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress." error coming up. I've not changed anything in years and the order tracker is stuck on the "subscription payment" but I've made all payments without problem.

Can a member of staff unblock this?

Best regards,

Re: "Unable to change service"

Can you try clicking the LOGOUT link then try logging in again. Found that cleared the issue for me.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Sorry, no difference. I logged out, logged back in again and the message is still there. Thanks though.

Re: "Unable to change service"

Hey @inomla,

I'm sorry to hear that this has occurred. It looks like this was due to a stuck package change on our end, which we've put through orders to resolve now. The package change should complete today and the orders to upgrade the service should be complete by the 23rd of November Smiley
