understanding renewal

Just got a text to say current contract is due to run out 

I have got it all done,get right to the end where it says cost Appox £23  and renew, but cannot see its start and end date. is this the new contract for 18 mths  would be this Nov22 to  May 24

Thanks for getting in touch, I appreciate it. The contract would usually start from the next bill date and an email confirmation would be sent after the contract is accepted. 

 

Did you carry it through to the end?

Just looked at contract date  5 th Nov Billing date 7th Nov  So I should renew sometime before the 5th Nov ?

You can do, but the deals may change at that time. we do allow you to take a new contract up to 3 months before your current one ends and it would start from your next bill day. 

 

The old one would be written off and replaced.
