unlimited package

I changed to the unlimited broadband package at the beginning of April.  The four bills that I have received since then exceed the amount that I was quoted.  The amounts vary each month and, apart from the additional cost of the new router, the bills do not make any sense.  Often charges are added and then subtracted.  Prior to taking this package, my charges only increased when your rates did, rather than fluctuating each month.   Please clarify.

I'm really sorry to hear your payments haven't been correct. I've refunded the overcharges, which you should receive two emails regarding shortly and the monies in your bank account within the next 3 to 5 working days.

We're fixing an issue in the system, so that your monthly cost is correct moving forward.
