It’s common to see posts on here from people having to push to get them. Such practice might save PN money but at the cost of poor customer service and staff having to follow up complaints on here. Basically it’s inefficient and not good business practice in the long run.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi @terrilee89,
Once you have an active service the email will be sent for you to claim the card, this email arrives within 30 days of the account going live.
Then once you have completed the claim it's within 30 days for the card to be delivered.
I've seen the cards arrive as soon as just a few days after claiming though, so should be pretty quick.
So step one would be wait until you have your service up and running, then keeping an eye out for that email.

My comments were about the customers that didn’t receive the confirmation email after the 30 days.
