I asked for a switch from BT on 24/11 when my contract ends. I was told that would be fine then got an email from Plusnet saying it would be the 18th and from BT saying my account would be cancelled from the 18th meaning I have to pay for terminating my contract early. Then last night I received an email from Plusnet saying activation will be on the 25th, a week after my BT broadband is switched off. And of course I now find out the award winning customer service doesn't exist because you can't get through on the phone. I guess I'm left with the options of making a complaint or cancelling.
