£23.99 have been deducted from my credit card but I can't complete my order.

I placed my order on Feb 27th and £23.99 have been deducted from my credit card. Then, the web page asked me to fill in bank account information for monthly payments but I couldn't complete the form immediately. Later on, I tried to go back to that page to fill in my bank account page but I can't access that page anymore. It seems that my order has not been completed and my account has not been created. I can't get back to complete my order. I understand that my order no. is 27727236.

The pre-contract information is an e-mail we send before you complete the signup so you have a copy of what you agreed to.

Based on what you've said, it's likely the money is in a pending state with your bank so they can return the money to you if you contact them.

If you're still wanting to join us you'll need to sign up online again 

 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
