Can anyone help, ordered full fibre on the 5th Feb, existing connection was then cut off in error, had numerous visits from open reach supposedly to connect us but each time left saying they have to do groundwork. Have escalated via complaints but still no further on, I'm getting sporadic updates when they get updated by open reach but each time it just results in another visit by open reach to say we need to do dig work. Have checked and council have no roadworks planned for our road. Open reach are not progressing the order for some unknown reason and no one is getting to the bottom of it.
