It has been 10 days after everything and still haven’t received my voucher when will I receive it thanks

Hey there @Abitofbanter and welcome to the forum. You should receive an email 10 days after the service has gone live, have you checked all your folders including junk/spam?

Ah what a pain, what I will do is send an email to our guys to resolve this. I will get an update within a few days and let you know as soon as I do.
