£75 reward card - service went live yesterday

My new Full Fibre 500Mbps package went live yesterday - when will I receive the link to claim my £75 reward card?

Normally with a week or two but make sure you claim it as there is a time limit of about 8 weeks ( if my memory serves me correctly )

@willcutforth - I purchased directly via the Black Friday deals on your website where it says that a £75.00 Reward Card is included.

@sudosaurus  No worries, an email to claim is usually sent to your contact email address 10 days after going live. If you don't receive on, drop me a line on here and I will investigate it for you.
