I've just had an email to say I have been credited for a missed engineer visit, the visit was supposed to be this afternoon. Is this the only communication I am going to receive to tell me they are not coming? What am I supposed to do now? I've been waiting for this appointment for 2 months and my contract with my old provider ends next week!
I realise that Openreach cancelling is not the fault of anyone at Plusnet but this is not the way I expect to be informed that I have wasted a day off sitting at home for no reason. Very unhappy with this situation and would like to know if I am still able to cancel my order as we are well outside of the 14 day cooling off period due to how long I have been waiting for this to be set up.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

What @Townman said, however your best bet is to speak to our customer options team. I would say however, it is highly unlikely they would be able to due to being outside of the 14 day period.
