Activation/Completion

Good morning. I have signed up for broadband and landline phone. I received a letter from Plusnet stating they would be taking over the phone line on the 9th June (today). BT have disconnected my broadband at 00.10 hours today. On the website Plusnet show a "completion" date of the 10th June. Does this mean I will be without broadband until tomorrow?

That completion date usually says 'completion by midnight on ...' , what it really means is (in your case) is completion by 00:00 on the 10th June i.e anytime up to midnight today! Activation is usually much earlier than midnight though.

Confusing isn't it..

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I have received a text and an email to inform me that the broadband service is up and running.

Happy days!

I'll see how things go when I get home and try to set up the hub!!
