Have not received my router

Hello
Just received an email that my broadband service is now up and running today, but I have not yet received my router.
I have also never received any texts etc saying that it has been dispatched.
When I go on to track my order, the website says I have no current orders.
Please help?

JooI, who did you have your broadband with previously?
If it was BT, then as a short-term fix, the BT SmartHub can be reconfigured to work on Plusnet Broadband.
Obviously in the longer term, you want your proper Plusnet router though.

Nobody - moved into a new build house, so have no old router to use temporarily.
