Activation day help

Good morning. Can anyone help me with my broadband activation? I was told it would be yesterday 26/7 and received an email saying the phone line was active about 24 hours ago but have yet to hear anything regarding the Internet. I work from home so ideally need it ASAP. I did try plugging in the router in case I missed the email or text and it's just a solid orange light. What should I do next?

Sorry for the delay, I've pushed the activation through, so you should be able to get online now.
