Good morning. Today is the day my broadband is due to go live however the order tracker is still saying that the line isn’t active yet. So I’m not sure if this will effect the broadband going live or not. Just hoping for no more delays

Are plusnet staff all off today. Tried to phone customer service and couldn’t get through to them either?
