Hi . My broadband internet package was 2 months delayed, I was assured that I would be eligible for automatic compensation I asked 3 different advisers the question and was assured I would be able to receive compensation of £5.20 per day could you please help me and agree I am entitled to it. Thank you very much in anticipation. Sc3.
