BT Engineer No Show

Hi there,

We were due to receive a visit from an engineer today, 23rd November, between 0800-1300 for our upgrade to Full Fibre 300, which is supposed to activate today also. I wanted to check if there has been an issue with this, as I see a few similar customers with this complaint.
