BT Sport in error

Looking at the BT sport options I clicked the 'Get 'BT sport' button to get more information.

However this seems to have placed an order for BT sport with no further interaction or warning.

I would like to cancel without getting billed for this.

I have been on hold for 35mins with no success so trying this forum....

 any ideas...
