Broadband Activation date was yesterday - still no activation text or email please help =(

Broadband Activation date was yesterday. 

Router has arrived.

I have no activation text or email.

I've spent way too long on hold trying to get through to support to speak to someone!

Please help. I work from home so its paramount I need internet asap! 

 

Really disappointed in Plusnet already if this is the way they work. Just left BT where I could live chat or speak to someone within minutes.

@claredscott001 Have you tried plugging in and testing your Hub - the notifications sometimes get 'lost'?

I know it says not to, but it is worth a try, there are ways of getting round any resulting problems.

I've plugged in the router, there is a blue light which I'm guessing is a good sign.

 

Unfortunately, when I've connected my MacBook and Samsung 22 Ultra to the router I cannot get any pages to load. It says they are not connected to the internet. Screenshot attached.

 

It also won't let me run test speed in plusnet diagnostics.

 

Are there any settings in the router I need to change? 

I appreciate your help!

@claredscott001 Sounds like the order hasn't completed on the Plusnet systems for some reason. Hopefully one of the Help Team will pick this up soon. There is nothing you can, or should do.

Can you post a screenshot of your Hubs 'Help Desk' page?

Ok, is there anyone that I can contact? BT have cancelled my internet now and I'm getting quite worried.

Right - you ARE actually connected. I'm just going to get my lunch - will be back in 30 minutes or so with further thoughts.

This is what I'm seeing in the connected box. There's no upload or download speeds.

When I go to search for something on the internet it just says 'This site cannot be reached'

i am in the middle of a house move and need to keep changing the moving in date and every time i am kepted on hold each time up to a hour. the process of moving broad with plusnet is very poor. Time consuming and does not feel me with confidence.has any one got any ideas of how to make this better.
