Broadband Switch hasn't happened, not convinced my order is even placed?

Signed up to switch FTTP from Sky to Plusnet on the 9th Sept.
Received email confirmation that activation would be today (23rd Sept)
Received text from Openreach confirming changes requested by "Service Provider" for today no idea if that is Sky or Plusnet.
Sky have clearly received something as they've confirmed my cancellation.
Currently though Sky is still live and no service from Plusnet. No emails or further texts.
For some bizarre reason they've sent me two routers.
Somewhat concerning that if I click the track order link in the welcome email it says I have no orders and if I track order through the member area it suggests my order hasn't even been sent to the supplier yet!
I'm worried now that my Sky is going to drop dead and I'll be left without any internet!

Hi there, I'm really sorry for the delay to your order, I can see from checking your account that it activated today and should be working fine for you now. It sounds like you've received a 2nd router by mistake too.
